What rates can I expect for high-risk?
It depends on your vertical, average ticket, volume, and chargeback history — anyone quoting you a number before seeing your statements is guessing. What about holdbacks or rolling reserves?
Underwriting requirements vary by vertical, processing history, and chargeback profile. Whatever the structure ends up looking like, it gets disclosed in writing before you sign — with a clear step-down or release schedule, not an open-ended hold. If something can't be negotiated, we'll tell you why on the call rather than burying it in the contract.
Our current processor is holding funds. Can you help us get them released?
We'll review the situation and help you build the case, but the funds are held by your current acquirer and only they can release them. What we can do: place you on a second live MID elsewhere immediately so you stop bleeding revenue while the holdback unwinds.
How long does approval take?

Your statements go directly to our underwriting team, are reviewed only by the analyst on your file, and aren't shared outside PayMullet without your written consent. Uploading three months of statements typically cuts the quote turnaround in half because we can size you accurately on the first call instead of going back and forth on assumptions.
How do you keep MIDs alive once they're approved?
